Irish AR is a squad of highly successful athletes from a variety of sporting backgrounds. The squad is comprised of top Irish adventure racers who currently dominate the Irish domestic racing scene.

Eoin Keith, from Cobh, Cork is one of Ireland's leading adventure racers. Eoin excels in ultra running and is a former 100km Irish champion, 24 hour Irish champion and record holder, and was 5th in the world 24 hour running championships in 2009. Eoin began adventure racing when he took part in the first Adrenalin Rush in 2000, and has taken part in multiple expedition length adventure races since, including multiple Wilderness ARCs, Primal Quests, and Abu Dhabi Adventure Challenges. He is a winner of multiple adventure races in Ireland including the Beast of Ballyhoura, the National Adventure Marathon, Gael Force West, the Wicklow 24-hour Rogaine and many others.

Avril Copeland, born in Dublin, took up Adventure racing when she moved to Tennessee ten years ago. Previous to that, Avril represented her country in hockey on the National squad. Avril has much experience in expedition length adventure racing and has competed many such races including an Eco Challenge, World Championships and five Primal Quests. Avril has competed in many shorter distance races and also regularly takes part in ultra trail racing and marathons. Avril completed her first race with Irish AR in 2010 as part of the winning team in the Beast of Ballyhoura 36 hour adventure race.

Chris Caulfield has competed in the World Championships 2007 and the Turas Mor 2008, as well as the 2008 and 2009 editions of the Abu Dhabi Adventure Challenge. On the Irish stage Chris has enjoyed frequent top 5 placings since taking up the sport. In 2010 Chris has been part of the winning teams on The Beast of Ballyhoura Adventure race and the Wicklow 24 hour Rogaine. He also won the Connemara Challenge Adventure race, and was 2nd in the Gael Force Cycle West 24 hour cycle race.

Brian Keogh runs an outdoor and event management business and has been an ever present on the Irish Adventure Racing scene over the past few years. As well as an widely respected and accomplished kayaker, and one of the most successful adventure race organisers in Ireland, Brian is a consistent top 5 finisher in national mountain bike and adventure races, including being part of the winning team in the 2010 Beast of Ballyhoura.
